Vendors will be provided an 8-foot table, tablecloth, two chairs and two lunch vouchers included in the registration fee ($35). Vendors are welcome to arrive as early as 10 a.m. on the day of the event to set up their table displays. If you feel you need more time to setup than that or if you need to get in earlier for any reason please contact Mary Barley at barleym@leoncountyfl.gov and let her know.
Vendors are encouraged to have interactive activities to engage employees during
the event so please keep this in mind as you prepare for the fair. We want
the room filled with the high energy that comes with feeling healthy!
